FAQ’S

  • Lana will go over your patient form and hair analysis results with you. She will dive in to her findings and her opinon on your current health status. With the information she has, she will provide you with dietary suggestions, lifestyle changes, supplement recommendations, and other healing modalities that may help.

    You can ask Lana any questions you may have, as well as share any concerns you have about your health.

    Lana will assist you the best she possibly can.

    Please note, Lana is not a medical professional. Lana is a naturopath and certified nutritional therapist with over 20+ years of experience. Lana does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure and illnesses or disease. Please work with your medical provider before starting any new supplements or health routines.

  • After you purchase the intial consultation, we will send you your hair analysis in the mail and once we recieve your results in 3-4 weeks, we will reach out via email to get you on Lana's schedule.

    If you purchase a follow up, we will reach out via email to get you scheduled.

    Please note, Lana only does phone appointments every other Friday, so it may be a couple weeks before she can get you in.

  • This is entirely up to you. Lana prefers to check in every 3 months, however if you are on a new supplement regimine, or working on a big health issue, Lana would like to speak to you at least once a month to check in. If you're in great health and all is well, every 6 months is great.

  • Yes, there is. We will send one to you via email after recieving your hair analysis results.

  • No, please wait until at least an inch of your hair has grown out as dye and bleach will skew the results.
